TGC has completed the construction of a modern class A logistics complex — TRILOGY PARK. The complex includes five single-storey buildings. The total area of warehouses is about 107 thousand square meters. The project is one of the most successful projects in the field of industrial construction.

Project achievements:

The specific feature of this project is the guarantee of the key parameters such as illumination and power consumption saving under the contract for the term of 5 years. In case of any of the key parameters non-compliance, our company undertakes to eliminate any revealed “key parameter deviations” at its own cost.

As a result, we achieved the regulated illumination in the inter-shelf zone and loading/unloading area (mezzanine), using innovative lanterns with trussed cooling ribs BY 698 Green Perform G3 and Steinel motion sensor-based automated lighting control system for the light control.

The overall power saving reached over 65%.
