LOGISTIC PARK Class A logistics Park is the first unique warehouse facility with total area of the complex 114 thousand square meters. The Customer of the facility, CPD Group, is a partnership of professionals in the field of real estate investment in emerging markets and markets in Eastern Europe. The company's partners manage more than 300,000 sq.m. of real estate. We have successfully completed a number of significant development projects since 2000.

Project achievements:

This project was implemented jointly with the general contractor. The work on the project was very comfortable, the administration and management of the project by the general contractor was professional and enabled our team to gain good experience.

The customer highly appreciated the result of our team's work. Philips lighting equipment was also highly appreciated, Philips equipment fully meets all the requirements of professional warehouses of class "A". As of 2022, there was not a single request for warranty from the Customer.
